We support firstly by remote diagnostics remote dial by
our technicians. Software configurations and upgrades can be
all be done remotely.
Hardware support we will dispatch an engineer to site
with spare server if necessary to ensure the absolute
minimum of downtime.
Support contracts will be provided at the time of
quotation.
